Calistoga is in lots of need of infrastructure improvements. A lot of the infrastructure (e.g., sewers) has not been improved since the turn of the last century (my house proves it). We need to strive for a circular water economy.
Infrastructure needs should be integrated and evaluated on a “how can we tackle multiple problems at once and get the best bang for the buck long term” basis. Many new technologies are available that weren’t around even ten years ago
